The team, fans, and coaching staff are going to be fired up for him to get that record. Not to mention the possibility to lock up the south with hopes for the #2 see still out there.

Background: Brees led/funded Saints offseason workouts. The Packers/Rodgers didnt. After the Packers beat the Saints in Week 1, Rodgers made a smart arse comment about the Brees-led workouts not making a difference. something to the effect of, "you can see what a difference that made".
frick him. I hope Shaun Rodgers discount double-checks his cocky arse in to frozen Lambeau Field when we meet for the NFC Title.
