The bottom line for me is, I could swallow losing to OSU
Losing to Alabama would hurt 10 times worse. Do we really have list the damage that would do?
Any LSU fan saying otherwise is not being honest, or they haven't lived through the rivalry long enough.
LSU helped Alabama get into this game...We beat them on their home feild... The fact they they are still hanging around after we go undefeated makes me mad..
I'm just being honest about it...I have to accept it..
I pray we win again....If we don't win, it will really scorn many LSU fans far more than they realize.
Winning the MNC is the goal...LSU has done everything they needed to do to win their conference...and leave it's rivals in the dust...
The idea that a team from the SEC they already beat could steal the greatest season in LSU history is a painful thought.... That's the truth
Will it be sweeter beating them a 2nd time? I dont' think so, I thought the first victory was really sweet....I would love to beat another conference champion...and that would be OSU...
I'd rather play OSU for many reasons...
LSU being ranked #1 helped Alabama more than they realize...
If LSU was ranked 10th and knocked off Alabama, they probably fall 6 spots in the polls...instead they dropped 1 spot and left no room for error for everyone else...

While I agree Bama should be there, I am not sure I agree that they should be there just as much as LSU. There will always be debate whether Okie State should have been in the game over Bama.

I would vote LSU #1 if I had a vote but I'm sure there are some OSU fans that think they could beat you. So, being #1 is not the same as being the best until the last game has been played. The only qualifications for being in the game is to be #1 or #2. That's it. There is no debate about that. We deserve to be there by BCS rules every bit as much as you do. You can't play purple against gold as much as you would like to.

You are there because voters voted you there, nothing to do with the BCS system, enough voters put you there, and the ESPN hype machine has a lot to do with that.

The talking heads that get ratings over controvery and the pro-playoff pundits voted Bama #2 in order to show how flawed the system is. The biggest flaw in the system is the flawed voters and media nitwits that tweak and manipulate the votes and/or voters into promoting their agenda. They started talking rematch before the original game. What better fuel for a playoff fire than a "regional" SEC West National Championship Game. They're counting on poor ratings and the fact that advertisers want a large national audience to strong arm the BCS into making some changes like a 1+ or a final four style, if not a full fledged, playoff system

The hype machine ESPN swayed enough voters for Alabama for them to be there, and the a-hole has the nerve to call me dumb and he doesn't know that that's the main reason there in it!
