Herbie Has an LSU Helmet on his bookcase

Herbstreit lives in Brentwood T where I reside. He broadcasts most of his shows from his house. Behind him isa bookcase with football helmets. One from OSU, Alabama and as of last night, an LSU helmet was shown. Most of this year only the OSU and Alabama helmet were shown.
I do think Herbstreit has been fairer to LSU this year than anytime before....but he loves Alabama and Saban.

Good inside scoop, im sure the millions of people that see him broadcast from his home in front of that bookcase never noticed that LSU helmet

Watched that last night and was wondering if he broadcasts from his house SOLELY because of the random helmets behind him. Was like WTF is Auburn doing up there? But it's his house not ESPN set. He can do what he wants. LOL. Thanks for info.

You have heard of "staging" right? You know like when you are trying to sell a house and someone comes in to make the house look nice so that you can actually sell it. They do the same thing for TV. I guarantee you that Herbie doesn't normally have an LSU and BAMA helmet on his bookshelf.

Hey Lagdon, I'm in Franklin, TN where does Herbie hang out and we'll go mug him! ;) just kidding, but he has been more complimentary to LSU than most years, because he's HAD TO since we've kicked everyone's tail.

The LSU helmet came after November 5th. It was just Bama and OSU with an Oregon duck until LSU won.
