1.    LSU 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 = 100.00
2.    Oklahoma State 24 + 24 + 23 + 24 + 24 + 23 = 95.00
3.    Alabama 23 + 23 + 24 + 22 + 23 + 24 = 93.00
4.    Kansas State 21 + 18 + 21 + 23 + 22 + 21 = 85.00
5.    Stanford 22 + 22 + 20 + 21 + 19 + 16 = 82.00

Looking more and more like OSU will not be a unanimious #2 in the comp polls. Looks like it will be the same as the week Bama played GSU, and a 95/93 split between the 2. That said, that changes the points needed in the Harris to jump. If you, or anyone else would like to figure the points needed, feel free. i have a team function to attend in a few, so if anyone would fill this in, it would be greatly appreciated.

Right now, i got these numbers.

100+100+100(assuming the Harris)=.1000
95+92.68%(coaches)+x=________
93+94.85%(coaches)+y=________

so you're going with the 25 % needed by osu in the Harris

and the consensus #2 in the puters for osu?

correct?

i think you just scooped LSUMatt.

if this holds up, you will be the new "BCS Guy". it's a tough seat. "Just Me" will come at you both guns loaded.

if so, i'll have your back.

No, OSU is not the unanimous #2. They are off by 1 comp. A true #2 is 96, #3 is 92. OSU has 95 and Bama 93.

OSU needs to be 5 points ahead of Bama in the Harris if Bama is #2 in Wolfe.

OSU needs to be within 52 points of Bama if Bama is #3 in WOlfe.

That simple

If Bama gets Sagarin and Wolfe,Jerry Palm is saying OSU needs to be ahead in the Harris by FIVE votes - I think that is right and unfortunately for OSU, a bit out of their reach.

I did the calculation last night if they got .95 in the computers they'd need 38% of both polls. Should be easy to calculate now that we know the coaches

Its going to be a nailbiter for both parties, for sure. How Bama kept ahead in Sagarin amazes me. I can see how in Wolfe though(i believe that's the comp that bases its points percentage on the previous years final poll(so Bama got the maximum points for beating #1Auburn, and not a value equal to beating #24 auburn, if that makes sense)

How did you reproduce the Wolfe Poll?

Pure guess based on a source?

if that holds true, its over. Bama to NOLA unless the Harris is a miracle
