Season Tickets For Next Season

I wasn't sure if this belongs on this board or the ticket exchange board. How does someone go about getting season tickets for next season? I read a little on the LSU ticket office's website but was a little confused about it. I've never had season tickets before but I would like to buy 4 and keep them for years to come. What is the process and how hard is it for someone new to get season tickets? I don't have to have perfect seats but I really don't want Upper Deck tickets.

Just call the ticket office, I am sure there are plenty to be had anywhere you like.
Tell them you post on TD and want to use the 40 yard special. They will know what you are talking about.

Start donating lots of money to TAF and eventually you might get some.

Got $100K for TAF then maybe you'll get tickets.
Where I dunno.

you will probably need to shell out a few grand to even get the opportunity to buy shitty seats in the corner of the upper deck

C'mon guys I need serious answers here. My wife and I have been talking about it and we want our two kids to grow up experiencing Tiger Stadium week in and week out. They are both die hard Tiger fans. In fact my son's birthday party was at a paintball place and it was the day of the Florida game. The first thing he asked me was if there was going to be a TV there so that he could catch the game. My wife and I want to start a family tradition of Tiger tailgating during football season.

I gave you a serious answer...you need to donate lots of money to TAF.

Umm... Well start buy writing TAF some checks and then be prepared to wait for a looooooong time to get offered any tickets

Tell us more about your kid's birthday parties.

Join TAF and start giving. If you don't give about $5k, and/or have some connection, you won't have a shot at getting tickets next year. Even that probably isn't enough, but you'll be close enough to possibly get some in the next couple years if you keep giving.

I should've known not to post on a Friday night after a big win when everyone's drunk. I would expect answers like this. Hell I wish I was back in school because there's no telling what I would tell people asking questions like this. I figured I would have to make TAF donations but donating thousands of dollars just for the opportunity to buy season tickets is crazy. Do students get any kind of priority on tickets that aren't student tickets? My brother is enrolling next semester. Could he get a few season tickets without the TAF donations?

He'll get a student ticket.
Seriously though, everyone is right...donate.

I'm not drunk. I've been Diet Coking all day.
Students don't get season tickets. They're lucky if they get into games themselves (if Freshmen).
Start by giving $5K. This year.
$100 gift in consecutive years gives you 3 points. Give $5K next year.
