They just did a tale of the tape segment on ESPNU, where they broke down who was better between LSU and Arkansas in certain areas and then picked a winner. The categories they did? QB, WR, Front 7, and kicking game. Conveniently leaving out O-line, RB's, and Secondary. It was just such a blatant attempt to make the game seem more even that it is

I saw that too, just stupid...one of the "experts" said Ark front 7 is better than ours....really funny...Ark would be happy with our 2nd string d-line

The "experts" said LSU being rated in the top 5 preseason was laughable. The experts said we have no QB, our schedule was too brutal and Miles is a joke. They gave us no chance at Alabama. Oregon was thought to be too fast and high tech for us. They called Moo State a trap game...same for the Tennessee game.

Face it, they have no freaking idea. They are paid to create drama and draw interest to the game, increase TV ratings and $. Very few people ever conduct a retrospective to see if they are even close. Usually, they are not. Although, goofy Lee Corso is more accurate than most.

So, we play the game to see who is better on that particular day. I think LSU/Arkansas will be close, but our Tigers will prevail on some combination of critical defensive stops, special teams and a nice blend of rushing and play action passes. It would not surprise me to see that a Honey Badger, Ron Brooks or Mo highlight in a clutch moment secures victory. Our team and coaches have come to far to let Arkansas send us packing.

Either way, I cannot wait for Friday afternoon.
