I have a 21 lb. turkey and some creole butter marinade to inject into big bird.Would it be any better to inject the night before cooking or should I do it right before I cook it. TIA.

the sooner the better. plain and simple.
but i would soak it in brine, personally. the injector is the biggest gimmick known to man.
