Alabama won the most tonight and Oklahoma/Okie St. lost the most

He had Bama's balls in his mouth. I couldn't understand him.

Meh. OU didn't lose shite. They likely move up to #4, OSU stays top 6 and OU plays ranked Baylor, Iowa State, and then plays OSU on the same day as most conference championship games. That TT loss will be far in the rear view by then.

The Bama Alum chose Bama... shocking enough...

Basically Alabama won tonight, Oregon has too much ground to make up against Alabama to overtake them with their ending games. As long as Alabama wins out they likely get in. OU lost because now beating OSU doesn't help them much in gaining ground as well against Alabama.

Yeah Edwards has been a little off this year. Not sure if ESPN has influenced him to be more OMG instant overreaction like everything else but Big 12 winner (assuming OU defeats Baylor and Iowa St.) is still in this thing.

I think the issue is Edwards is supposed to be the BCS computer expert. I don't think he takes into account possible changes in voter preference when making these sorts of predictions.
#2 could be any of those 3 teams still. Will have to wait and see how it all plays out.

Brad edwards thinks like an AP voter when trying to analyze the BCS.
There are a few notable problems with that.
1. The AP doesn't mean anything when it comes to the BCS. In fact, the AP's general contempt for the BCS may even cloud his judgement.
2. Polls are based on a sampling of voters, not just one opinion that may not necessarily agree with the analysts bias.
3. like most members of the press, his degree may not have required a stats class much less a calculus class, so the poor bastard doesn't know the first thing about a mathematical poll.

Dude. They couldn't beat us at Bama so how are they gonna beat us in the Dome? The goalposts are the same width and length there. LSU will be favored by about 5.... assuming they make it.
