re: Tigers. Who do YOU want to play?

In order of preference:

1) Stanford - LSU has not played a PAC 10 team in a bowl game for quite some time. I have wanted LSU to bitch slap USC in a championship games ever since 2003. Since it looks like the Trojans will not see a BCS bowl for a while, Stanford would have to do.

2) Okie st - could matchup pretty well against this LSU team, but playing Sooner's little brother hardly seems exciting.

3) Oklahoma - Already beat a more talented Sooner team with a less talented LSU team within the past 10 years.

4) Oregon - Beat the crap out of the Ducks already this season. Would be even uglier in NOLA.

5) Bama - obviously a great team, probably better than any of the other contenders, but it really does not seem fair to have to beat a team twice, especially a team from one's own conference division.

6) Boise - No way. There is nothing to particularly gain or lose by playing a team with a garbage schedule in a BCS bowl.

I am just glad you all respect us now! Saw many posters saying Tigers by double digits. i know we had our share saying that too, but i feel like home-field factored into those predictions (even though homefield doesnt matter in this series). It was a great game that even though no touchdowns were scored, kept viewers on the edge of their seats

Boise...Time to put the question to bed once and for all...Them beating "big game Bob" on trick plays is good stuff....beating an average UGA team is pretty good too....

That does not mean a whole lot though....

that said, unless the human voters really do something in a united manner, it is going to be Ok State or Alabama.

You really don't have to take yourselves out now. What I really don't want to see happen is for the voters to manipulate to polls to get the matchup that they want. If that's the case they may as well get rid of the computers all together. The system is supposed to be in place to get the best two teams in, if it happens to be a rematch, then so be it.

I'd rather play any of the other conference champions who we didn't beat already, but honestly I don't think that it matters, because I don't see anyone beating us in New Orleans anyway.

I would like to see LSU vs OK St. I would like to see Bama vs Boise in the sugar bowl to watch Boise get smoked
