...and yet they will eat our gumbo if we offer, so? Bama fans are predictably obnoxious. LSU fans are, on the other hand, predictably insecure. Let's watch football now

Last time the Bear tried to have a corndog, he choked and died.

Once we embrace corndogs, they can't have their little fun anymore. I'm thinking of designing holsters to go across my chest filled with corndogs.

I still don't get the corn dog name. We feed visiting fans the best food in the country with or Cajun eats and they call us corn dogs? Where did this come from? I like coon arse better.

LSU and Nebraska....typical redneck logic.

Ripped it from an Auburn blogger back in 2004. Auburn blogger ripped it from Oklahoma fans who called Nebraska fans corndogs. Because they smelled like corn (Corn fields of Nebraska) Now this makes sense.
The power of the internet, it spread like wildfire for some reason.

The corndog thing has to be one of the lamest attempts at an insult. To this day it makes no sense. When people hear it for the 1st time it always has to be explained.
You see it every time we play a new team outside of the SEC. Some Auburn fan goes to the other team’s message board and “post call them corndogs.” Then the other fans ask why, what does it mean? The Auburn fans then has to post the document that they stole from the Big 12 to explain it. It’s like when you’re in a room with people and some says something they think is really funny and no one laughs. Then they try and explain why they thought it was so funny. Just sad…..
If you have to explain the insult it probably isn’t very good.

Apparently, it came from Auburn fans during theirs visit to Tiger Stadium. While they exited in disgrace passing concessions on the way out the smell of hot dogs filled the air. Imagine that, you can smell hot dogs where they sell hot dogs. So they made the massive creative leap from hot dog smell to the corn dog tag. Boy those Aubies and Bammers are really sticking it to us with that corn dog reference.

I hope they never stop using the corndog thing. It is just a pathetic attempt at an insult. If this is all the got then bring it on……
