He said this yesterday on a Montgomery radio show. I heard them talking about it this morning.

With the off week, I wonder if they have worked in Jefferson more? What do you think about that?

if Miles does this and LSU loses, he might not make it back into Louisiana alive.

I hope not. I missed the interview, but the hosts of the radio show talked about it for 2 days.

If there is one game JJ needs 15+ snaps, this is it

I think he'll definitely get more snaps than he's been getting. I could see the split about 60-40 favoring Lee. But I don't see him getting the majority. It's too big a game for Miles to make that gamble getting away from what we've done well all season.

No way Jefferson gets the majority. I do think that he'll get more snaps than he has been getting, but he won't get the majority.

Why? How does a running QB help against a stacked box?

If we were talking about any other college coach I'd call bullshite, but Miles is gonna do whatever he wants to.

I think it would a huge mistake because I feel that we will have to be able to throw the ball to win the game. Jefferson under center equals no passing threat.

I think he will be a big part in the game. Have said that since the beginning and still believe it. I feel alot of misdirection has been worked on.

JJ may indeed get most of the snaps, who know what Miles will do?

As long as it works, I don't care but it's one helluva risk. If it backfires, Miles will again lose some of the fan base.

Saban would start drooling if that happened. No chance.

Whether we can slow down their pass rush to keep Lee comfortable in the pocket will dictate the number of snaps JJ gets. If we need him to move the ball with his running packages, we'll have to lean on him. But I think Lee will be able to pass on their secondary early and, if so, the coaches will stick with what works.

Jefferson's had some good games against them.

2009:
10/17 | 114 | 1 TD | 0 Int |

2010:
10/13 | 141 | 1 TD | 0 Int |

I find that hard to believe. I think Miles will do whatever he thinks gives the team the best opportunity to win. His best interest is in winning, not getting in a pissing match.
