No, he hsan't been rattled all year, but he hasn't been in this type of game.

I think the time he has to make decisions will be cut in half, so hopefully he makes some dumb decisions or just misses some open guys.

I don't think he'll throw guys open, which benefits our db's. If a Bama player is open, it won't be for long.

one of the keys to the game is for someone to knock him on his arse in the first series or two. if the pressure keeps coming, i expect he will look like a rookie. this will disrupt their whole offense.

Its only logical to think we will continue to do what we have so far this season, and that's smother the opposing Off. With quick aggressive Def. He will not have seen anything like what he will face on 11/5

This will be a very big game for the M&M boys: Mingo and Montgomery

The Tigers have shown game after game that they feed on their own aggressiveness. Like a pack of dogs, a school of sharks, or a swarm of bees, once the smell is in the air they all get a burst of pure adrenaline surged hatred and competitiveness. This is not a competitive desire to beat their opponent but a drive to beat their opponent in a more dominating, brutal, and noticeable way than their own teammate did just one play previous.

If the big hits start early, this will get nasty quickly.

Any player, coach, or ref facing the Tigers who doesn't get a little rattled, or admit a little fear at that point is either refusing to admit it or is too stupid to forecast the pain.

Doubt it on Jefferson or Lee. They face this bama team for the past three years...it not that big of a deal. In fact people are saying the 2009 bama team > the 2011 Bama team and we took it to them with a weaker offense and still kept it closer then anyone else.

Business as usual for Jarret and Jefferson. McCarron might be all wide eye once Mingo punch him in his mouth some though..

I thought he looked a little out of it early in the Penn State game. I think the crowd and the hype of the game got to him early. However, they stuck with their stout running game and he kinda loosened up. Plus, Penn State really didn't send the house at him which gave him time. We need to HIT McCarron. Hit him and keep hitting him. I think we can definitely get into his head.

Our QB's have played in many high intensity games, including 2 vs. Alabama.

McCarron has never been in a game this big against an opponent this good, under this bright of a spotlight.

He WILL be rattled... his inexperience will be his and Alabama's undoing.

Our quarterbacks have been through it all before. Lee has been raked through the coals before. He's played Oregon at a neutral and West Virginia on the road, he won't be rattled.

I think odds are he gets hurt. They are definitely going to pile drive his arse, whether he gets up or not and continues is the question. You're kidding yourself if you think he stays upright all night. Hopefully he handles it and shines.

But, if they hurt two quarterbacks we have a third. I'm sure he'd love a shot at them.

I believe he will get Mingoed twice in the first half. He will also throw 2 INT in the game.

FIFY. Point is, they have both seen Saban's defenses at their ferocious best. 'Bama is very good but nothing new. This will be the best team any of the current 'Bama starters have faced. That's the point I don't see many making.
