Bobby held us back in the playoffs when we had the best D back in the day.

But I love a dude that can drink like a man.

Props to that crazy arse cajun

Yeah this is nothing compared his Pats classic in 2009 ("Y'all remember when the Nazis invaded Poland?")

Didn't he used to do this part of the show alone? I think they added Deke to ensure there are no repeats of the Nazi blitzkrieg...

Deke was on air, just couldn't do anything about it.

Not defending Carl but he wasnt the biggest problem. Forget Brees -- if NO just had Archie or Jim Everett on the Dome Patrol teams the Saints wouldve gone to at least one SB.

Yeah, Deke has always been with him on the postgame shows. But what the hell is he going to do? Besides, it's great radio.

The night vs. New England has to be the greatest few hours of radio in history, and I'm including the 20's and 40's and shite when there were all these crazy arse wars and everything happened on the radio.

I wish I could hear that again. I DLed the show from WWL but they cut out all the good stuff. :-(

Those wondering what all the fuss is about should go back to the Saints Talk thread on Bobbys post-NE show -- lotta great stuff!

Yeah my buddy and I walked from the Dome back to my office after the game and listened to if for hours. Epic. European history. Chasing the British out of the country. Had it all. Plus cursing that bypassed the delay.

I would actually pay for a copy of that entire show. Epic entertaiment and great memories of a special season.

No doubt. I don't think he'll ever get to that level again. I was afraid to drink anything for fear spewing it all over my screen whenever Bobby talked.
