so it follows logically that if one alleges that miles has ever made a bad decision then the conclusion has to be that you think he's stupid?

this does not compute. everyone makes mistakes and bad decisions. Nick the Great does and Miles does. WE know miles made a terrible one with his Co-DC bullcrap.

I, like many others, love miles, but hate the fact that he has wasted so much time on JJ. WE fear that he loves the kid so much he'll put him back in. Oh, we are not worried that JJ will get some snaps. We are worried about him starting.

Even the most brilliant people do stupid things. Even us lowly civilians can spot a glaring error.

I doubt the OP would say that and it doesn't follow from his post. Hate to speak for him, but what he is saying is that there continues to be a constant drumbeat by some posters to the effect that Miles is an incompetent coach and reinstating Jefferson is another horrible mistake that will destroy the season.

you may know. i know we had a solid d line, and a completely new lb crew and secondary with very limited starting experience. that defense was just a year away. and that's how it happens sometimes.
