I think Hillar has bent over backwards to appear fair in taking the case this far.

There is no one in EAST BATON ROUGE Parish who thinks LSU will be receiving preferred treatment if the law is followed and this crap is tossed out based on the incredulity of the witnesses.

I live within East Baton Rouge Parish and would think just that. There are witnesses claiming Jefferson savagely kicked a kid while he was on the ground. Whether those witnesses are credible or not should be for the jury to decide. The case shouldn't be thrown out with eye witnesses willing to testify.
