Probably because he knows he's going to get a lot of emails bitching about paying $40 to park for 3 hours.

No shite D. Melissa and I even talked about not even bothering with the truck Friday night if all the preggers aren't even going to be there. If it's just us and the Parish crew we're parking and walking.

App state was a 10:30 kickoff if I am not mistaken in 2008.

there can be no other SEC conference game on between 2:30 and the end of the CBS night game.

Maybe Alleva can convince ESPNU to televise a 10:30 PM kickoff.

He'll say it at least 100 times between now and next Friday.

Haha I can just imagine the state of the fanbase at that point. Wouldn't be a pretty site.

I wonder if Kentucky will even rack up -50 offensive yards.

Makes sense to me. By the time we set all the shite up, we'll be able to have a drink, listen to 2 songs, then have to take it all down again.

The occasional morning game is just one of the "you have to take the bad with the good" situations.

It's not "occasional" anymore is the problem.

As much as I dislike the morning games, there's something to be said for having the rest of your Saturday afternoon to do other things.

4) Try to handle this with class. The "we are LSU, therefore we deserve night games" argument makes us sound as pretentious as Notre Dame. Nobody wants that.

You've got it wrong here as well. it's "we are LSU, therefore we have a tradition of night games"

This would be a site to see. I'd have to bring breakfast, lunch and dinner to cook for the day.

Once a year isn't "occassional?" Maybe you missed the 90s, when we were honored to be on JP Sports because it meant we were worthy of television.

Yep. I may see about just getting one of the tent frames to put out there Friday night.

Once a year isn't even accurate, if you don't count the Appy State game (and I don't because it was only a morning kick due to Gustav) the last morning kick we had was back in 2006

I'm talking about any game that's not 7 @ home. The 7 pm games are supposed to be the norm, not the rare occasion.

It's Kentucky, who cares about a night game? If we were facing Bama I'd be more concerned.
