I'm 8 miles inside of Arkansas. Will the game be blacked out in my area?

Xbox live is still using your home network IP address to access the Internet. Unless you go around this it will be blacked out in LA

I always connect an hdmi to my computer then my tv. Change the input to the particular hdmi, and it should show what is on your computer on your tv. Hope this helps.
