I'm on the cheap bastard plan. 
And I use close to 50gb a month so I may spill over to the next tier but they don't explain if there is a stupid penalty or if they just move you to the next tier.
I actually thought I was using more than I am. I don't stream HD like some people do but I guess if you don't stream HD and aren't in the cheap bastard plan then you should be fine.
