Here is another one who makes points as to how Oregon could have beaten Auburn and LSU in only 5 seconds
quackattack2213
5 events that 5 seconds, and the immediate results had they never happened.
Event 1 In the 2011 BCS Championship had Oregon not lost yards resulting in a safety with 3:44 seconds left in the 2nd the score would have remained 11-7. This change of event would have eliminated the Oregon punt to Auburn, which erases the touchdown that had resulted. Half time score Oregon 11 Auburn 7.
Event 2 After an Auburn field goal, Kenjon Barner scores a touchdown on 4th and goal making the score at the end of the 3rd quarter Oregon 18 Auburn 7.
The Ducks make the score 25-7 after the James touchdown kicking a PAT. Auburn scores a touchdown as the final clock hits 0:00 making the final score 25-14.
Oregon is BCS national champs.
Now the LSU game
Event 3 Barner s fumble in the second quarter never happens erasing the resulting touchdown. Oregon still leads LSU 6-3
After touchdowns by both teams halftime score is Oregon 13 LSU 10
Event 4 The first of DE’ Anthony’s fumbles in the 3rd quarter does not happen, erasing the resulting touchdown by LSU. Score remains 13-10 Oregon.
Event 5 The second of the DE ‘Anthony fumbles of the third quarter does not happen, erasing yet again a touchdown that was the result of the turnover. Score is still 13-10 Oregon. At the end of the 3rd quarter, Oregon leads 13-10.
9:14 left in the 4th quarter, Oregon leads 20-13. Both teams add 2 touchdowns. Game ends and Oregon wins 27-20
The results of these 5 single events taking 5 seconds has helped the SEC conference be praised as powerful, dominant, faster and more elite than the Pac 12 and its champion The Oregon Ducks.
Had those 5 events and 5 seconds never happened, the Oregon Ducks would have just completed another dominant performance of an SEC team. The Pac-12 the spread offense would no longer be scrutinized in the national media and the Oregon Ducks would be the #1 team in the land as of 5pm this evening.
5 events that took 5 seconds of time decided these games. The results of these events being the opposite are non debatable they decided the final outcome of both games. What did not decide them were Auburn and LSU.
Turns out, college footballs mighty, more dominant, super elite SEC conference and it’s 6 straight BCS Champions are simply, just 5 seconds luckier.

If my Aunt had nuts she would be my uncle

You can't argue with children though. Have you ever tried to debate someone who speaks with absolutely no logic whatsoever? That is exactly what we have here.

I quite expected the Oregon douchebag fans to sum up the game as "LSU got lucky."
I never expected Oregon to admit the truth, which is, they are vastly inferior to LSU. LSU would beat them ten games out of ten.

What a loser. Every team that has ever lost a game in the history of sports can make very similiar arguments for every game they lost.

With that logic (or lack thereof), ULM was only 60 seconds away from being National Champions last season.

It's interesting how this loon thinks fumbles are accidents you can just "take away". News flash - defensive players try like hell to yank the ball away. It's no more an accident than overthrowing your receiver is an accident.

So the Pac-12 is a conference of "What If's" and the SEC is a conference of "What Is"
