Funny how Lowery can be going off and hitting a fellow in the bar (after violating the TRO and assaulting the young lady), then get kicked out of the bar, go outside and throw the first punch at another guy but yet still have the calm, cool composure to come to the "rescue" of another man. He just sounds like a pillar of the community.

Another man, Chris Conroy, who is not a football player, also provided Unglesby a written and signed statement that the lawyer provided to AP. Conroy said he was struck in the face by Lowery inside the bar while he was dancing with a woman.

According to Bienvenu, that man had pulled up to the edge of the fight in a pickup truck in order to retrieve a friend who was at the bar and was pulled from his vehicle and severely beaten after honking his horn at people blocking the way.

Bienvenu said Lowery got involved when he tried to help the driver of the truck, who he did not know.
So which is it? Truck pulled up on fight already going on or pulled from the truck and beat starting the fight?

I noticed this as well. It is obvious that he is reaching here.
I would LOVE to see this Chris Conroy guy press charges on Lowery for hitting him in the face while he was dancing with the chick. AND, if he did hit the girl then she should press charges too. LETS BLOW THIS UP AS BIG AS POSSIBLE haha

Youy guys are pathetic. Just because you don't like Lowery and think he needed an arse kicking doesn't mean the other 3 (who he didn't know) don't deserve justice for being jumped by a bunch of thugs.
But that's beside the point, of course. The battery on Lowery is a felony offense. While ya'll are basing your facts on employees who admit to not having seen the fight, the BRPD are going on testimony by numerous eye witnesses who were on the scene able to recount the whole incident. By those accounts, Lowery was helping a stranger back into his truck(Not only does the video support this, but it also makes the employees account that Lowery threw the first punch very unlikely-Lowery threw the first punch, then helped the guy back into his truck, then got knocked out? Why the cease fire by his opponents?)
Do I believe Lowery acted nobly because he is a stand-up guy? No. He was jacked up about his girlfriend situation and looking to be involved in a confrontation. I think under a totally different set of circumstances, Lowery may have jumped into a position where his actions deserved punishment, or at least condemnation. But that's not what happened.
Just because he is a D-bag looking for a fight doesn't mean he won't be the one to bravely stand up for someone being jumped. In fact, his gravitation to physical altercation makes him a likely candidate to stand up for someone being jumped.

If more were involved I would imagine the BRPD would be all over this instead of finding the guy that robbed someone on highland on campus last night IT IS OVER

What if you sat somewhere close to Bienvenu in Tiger Stadium? Could you keep your mouth shut?

Wait, I thought Lowery was saving the driver of the truck.....
