I am a little confused about the talk that this is new evidence. This is not new evidence. It is new to 'us' the public, but we have heard about this tape since Fisher talked to the cops. Cops said they already had it.
I just find it a little presumptious that our 5 minute review of it finds it completely exonerating.

This might have been asked and answered, but why is everyone fixated on Lowery? Four people reportedly went to the hospital, none of them football players, with a range of injuries. Lowery just happens to be the highest profile, either because he made himself known or because of his own history.
I'm not arguing that any of this is dispositive, but Lowery is not the only "victim" in this incident.

what you guys are missing is that there is supposively 2 seperate incidents.
this one, and then apparently another when the guys were "pulled out of their vehicle and got their asses beat"
that second incident they are saying that that's what might have caused the broken bones, someone was bodyslammed into a tailgate.
there has been no video of the alleged second incident.
if this is all the hard evidence IMO JJ walks.

The lady news anchor says that Jefferson "has not really been able to be communicate with the team or be a part of the team during practice..."
I read in the thread yesterday about the post-practice rally that they saw JJ leaving the practice facility. Said it was funny and it caught them off guard.
What gives?

Not gonna read 42 pages... but based on the first 3 pages, there's a lot of optimism for JJ being exonerated. 2 things here:
1) The 1:41 video doesn't capture the entire incident. None of us know what happened before the person filming decided to start recording, or what happened outside the frame of the camera. It would stand to reason that the filmer didn't start recording until the altercation had already been underway for who-knows-how-long.
2) It is noteworthy how JJ's demeanor inside the club is friendly and non-violent compared to Lowery's. That's the biggest takeaway for me.
