Why is no one acknowledging Zach Mettenberger???

He is the number 1 junior college recruit with like 4,000 yds passing and like 6 picks. I definitely anticipate some more 2 qb offense from LSU.

I think he'll get snaps but not really in a rotation scenario like we had with JJ and JL. Lee and Mett are really similar in style of play. If Lee is on I doubt we see much of Mett.

Well, for all the Mett disciples, this is best case scenario. He doesn't start, but a better chance of getting some playing time this year.

He didn't have anywhere near 4,000 yards passing. I think it was about 2,600 yards. Don't get me wrong, his numbers were very impressive - just no need to exaggerate by an additional 50%.

Exaggeration makes it look better. But if it is 2600, that's only a 35% increase... Just saying.

Because it is unlikely to do a change of pace with two similar quarterbacks. Mett gets in as backup and if Lee plays poorly he may get a shot.
