That's my problem, all I have I the breasts. Everything is cleaned and deboned already. Got the breasts from a friend. So I can't make a stock.

Can you point me in the right direction? I've never made a duck stock. With the exception of duck bombs, I've never cooked duck before.

A guy wants to put in place a system with him and his friends/coworkers in case of an emergency. He wants everyone to start texting each other AG (All Good) every hour on the hour. If someone doesn't respond back "AG", then they'll know something is wrong. The guy ends up forgetting his phone and access card at his desk when he ventures off for a snack. Ends up getting stuck in the stairwell for quite a while. Yada yada...

We've been to Commander's for brunch. It was pretty damn good.

The lady-friend loves a good brunch, so I'm looking to take her out for her birthday Saturday to get the day started off right. Mimosas are a must, most preferably inexpensive since we'll be drinking a lot of them, and a good bowl of shrimp and grits/grits and grillades is preferred.
