How/why did the police report from the fight scene get released to the public, but not the statements from the players?
Hell if I know?
Don't know if they were public record or somehow got released. You got me?

Right. The employees weren't talking to the media until they spoke to the police.

From AP story: Shady's bouncer "noticed Jefferson, standing by himself and looking upset while the fight was still taking place." #LSU
Again, is this referring to the inside incident or outside one? People need to realize that is the key question right now.
Referring to the fight outside. Lowrey hitting Wind in the bar is not considered a "fight".

Neldare, however, said fighting involving Lowery had already begun when the truck pulled up sharply to the edge of the melee. "That truck stopped right in the middle of the whole altercation," he said. Neldare said he had gotten a good look at the beginning of the fight after jumping in the back of a co-worker's pickup truck to get a better view, but his attention was diverted when he saw a fellow employee walking toward the fracas. Neldare said he ran to the co-worker and corralled him away from the brawl, back toward the bar entrance, where he then noticed Jefferson, standing by himself and looking upset while the fight was still taking place. "I'm not saying (Jefferson) wasn't in the fight. I'm not saying he was, but I did see him standing alone while stuff was still going on," Neldare said.
Boom!! Give it up EricB,CptBengal, and TigerLee. Get behind our QB Jordan Jefferson!!!

Can someone please give me a plausible reason that these 4 people would clearly single out JJ as the one who hit them for no reason? It's not like JJ has lots of money and it's not like he is going to, so please explain that to me?
It's possible, but I just don't see any reasoning behind that to benefit these 4 "victims".

How about a (lying) little bitch? Is he going to get charged for filing a false police report?
Posted on 8/25/11 at 9:20 pm to Antonio Moss
As an attorney would Shadys have any liability in a civil suit?
Ie do they have anything to lose by pissing the vicitms off if they are lying about this issue for business reasons

Wow, I hope I never need the BRPD to investigate anything that happens to my family. They would probably blame it on the swim team.

Mr. Moss, do you have any idea how the Police Report from the scene of the fight could be released to the public? And why has the players' statments not been released?

quote: Two employees of the bar where LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson and three teammates are accused of injuring four people in a parking lot brawl say one of the victims "threw the first punch." quote: Shady's Bar general manager John Peak and door manager Jordan Neldare told The Associated Press on Thursday versions of the fight that differ from a police report. quote: The bar employees say Lowery threw the first punch, "that's one thing we do know."

But I know one of the shadys employees and he claims JJ didn't do anything and he talked to the cops and told them that today.
IF that is true that means there are ten racist witnesses that think all black people look alike.

In the video they were being attacked by a few people, mostly black people, and out of the 4 which one is most recognizable? JJ. Simple.

Don't they all have the same lawyer? Maybe the story came from one, but represented all.

put yourself in their shoes. I sure in the hell wouldn't call out any football players, who frequent the place regularly.
People claim ALL KINDS OF shite, in allegations and lawsuits. I would be willing to bet that kick did not crack anything. I am not saying it isn't possible, but don't act a like that could not be a pre exsisting condition that is not on record, or just stretching the truth. A fractured anything is very broad, and sense they were released I would say not that bad.
What a bunch of bitches, probably no proof of being unconscious either.
