The guy was discharged so the fractures were fine. If his vertebrae would have been crushed (compression fracture) he would have possibly had to have surgery. If his transverse process are broken, which is probably the case, you do NOTHING. They will still call it a vertebrae fracture even though it is not that significant.

on that video next to no sort of scale figure the difference between 6-5 and 6-0 is tough to get. in fact it looks more like JJ than JL.

Sorry I swallowed it first.
That video doesn't prove anything. You cant tell who is who in the video. I say BRPD needs to send the video to NASA for enhancement. Maybe the FBI, Homeland Security can analyze it.

At the end of the day, this makes Les Miles look terrible. Les needs to take a page from Leach's book and lock JJ and company in the equipment shed.

To be fair, just because they do a shitty job with all other investigations does not mean they should do a shitty job with this investigation.
Most of you are mad that they are putting this much time and effort in this case, but your baseline is what is wrong. This is how they should investigate each and every case. If you want to be mad, you should rightfully be mad about how poor a job they do with everything else.
This is one instance where they are doing what they should always do.

Funny you should say that, Leach was on XM radio this afternoon saying that Les was handling it the only correct way and that the media was wrong in running with speculation.
