I don't see anyone getting suspended for very long. The DA has a uphill battle if he thinks he will get 2nd battery.
The attorney already said, if they dont get a felony conviction (which they won't ), he will pur$ue in civil court.

Probably wasn't suppose to say it changed. Staff probably wanted to keep it in house so Oregon wouldn't just prepare for Lee IMO.

I agree that the only thing we know as fact is some players violated curfew.There are allegations that several LSU players beatup 4 people.Yet to be proven in a court of law.Also no charges have been filed against anyone.

Or Mikes put him up to it to screw with Oregon.
Either way, I think it's smart to go forward from here with JL as the starter. Worst case, JJ is suspended so JL starts. Best case, JJ is not suspended and comes in off the bench.
