He's not going to get called up this year.
I think the Nationals are sticking to their plan that they had all along to debut him year after next. General manager Mike Rizzo said Harper will spend the rest of the season in Double-A. Rizzo said he also wants Harper to play in Triple-A, which means he probably ain't getting called up next year either.
