Crabby Jack's is owned by the same guy as J-Mo's and is a po-boy place.

Not po-boys the sandwiches are served on texas toast. The best oyster sandwich on the planet.

Good, but Guy's is like five blocks away and better.
One to consider that is not in NOLA is Parenton's. In Old Jefferson. Also Radosta's in Old Metairie.
ETA: Parkway in Mid-City.

Take Ye Olde College Inn off your list.
Get a hot sausage po-boy from Gene's on the corner of St. Claude and Elysian Fields. (it's worth the danger)
Get a shrimp po-boy from Castnet Seafood in new orleans east.(also worth the trek)
Try Russel's short stop out in Metry too, brah.

Rocky and Carlos.
A good one in Gretna, old gas station, and I can't for the life of me remember the name and I've been there a dozen times. They do the pot roast poboy that I like.

I know I'm gonna get destroyed for this, but I've had crabby jacks and it was just alright for me ...don't care for small frozen shrimp even if there millions of them ....but thats the only one I've had from there...but good info

I may be a poboy snob, but not that bad...bring it on!

Just down the road from there is a place called, Da Wabbit, that's good to. Do a real good job with any fried seafood poboy.

They have better ones for sure. The duck is really good.

Fried Shrimp
Grilled Shrimp
Hot Sausage
Roast Beef
Venture to Parenton's, everything is great. On Wenesday's the chicken parmesan or meatball po-boy on garlic bread is ridiculous. Radosta's in Old Metairie is fantastic as well.

College Inn has a an oyster po-boy with havarti cheese and bacon that a lot of people claim is really good. I've never had it.

Geez, you peeps really don't like college inn, do you?

Shrimp, catfish, or hot sausage (not smoked sausage) at Guy's. The smoked sausage is actually pretty bad.

If you want a real treat try Boucherie. The 12 hour roast beef with pickled red onions and horesradish cream is a masterpiece IMO.

Ok. I understand it's not mind blowing or super original. I've never been dissatisfied though. drinks are always good.
Peace out. I'm dozing off. Night!
