From what he has said in interviews.

He said he was going to commit at the A&M camp? What exactly did he say that makes you believe he will?

One thing that worries me is that he is also going to be at Texas that same weekend.

Gee, seems like a perfectly reasonable alternative explanation is that he is going on a little tour of the Texas schools to check things out. If that is the case, I think it would be highly unlikely for him to commit to A&M and then head up the road to Austin.

I have listened to his interviews and I have formed an opinion that I believe he will commit. Camp seems like an opportunity to do so.

He has said things to the extent that he was just waiting for the right time.

I'd have to say Texas and A&M easily have some of the worst fans in the country. Especially A&M. Worse than Auburn and Bama put together probably. Some of the shite TAMU fans spew is beyond delusional, not even a gump could come up with some of this shite.

I don't take message boards seriously but that really hurt me, brah.

Beautifully said, and if I might coat tail on your genius, we all will have to beleive it when it happens. Whatever "it" turns out to be.

Also, Devante prefers to play runningback and the initial offer was to play receiver.

Actually Devante's initial quotes were that he didn't mind being recruited as a WR. His dad was the first to mention anything about RB being a big deal and Devante changed his tune soon after.

Seems like he's saying what the interviewee might want to hear, having read A&M affiliated interviews versus what has been posted on here seem to differ quite a bit.

1. Wouldn't Devante be the interviewee?
2. It is more likely he is saying what his dad wants to hear. Since Devante never mentioned playing RB was a must to either the LSU or A&M site...until after his dad mentioned it to the douche bag whose name we can not mention on here.

Txags thinks this means he is theirs. I think that is maybe jumping to conclusions a bit early, no?

Devall not showing is concerning but he also no showed A&M Spring Game when he said he'd be there.

For Devall it comes down to position. A&M is recruiting him as a hybrid de/OLB. Lsu wants him at MLB.

He didn't make it because he had a wedding to go to.

Really then I wouldn't be as upset since we are so deep at end. I thought I read we wanted him at MLB. In this case, i would prefer Phillips if we only get one. What is our plan at MLB?

Not trying to start an argument but Devall is the, if not number one, then at least number 2 DE on our board, he is from LA, has a legit LSU offer and is recruited hard by us. I have serious doubts that Denzell goes anywhere but LSU.

That's nice. Thanks for the clarification as to why. I'm sure he didn't have a good excuse for missing Lsu. He just loves A&M more I guess.

Phillips is a OLB. Granier is a pure MLB, Lamar Louis could play there as well, but he will probly be an OLB, Feist could play either inside or outside, Torshiro could be either OLB or DE depending on how much weight he can gain. I also like Otha Peters as a Lber as well. His highlight on Rivals is phenomenal. No shortage of Lber talent this year thats for sure

I think theres more of a chance Torshiro Davis goes to Texas than Devall going anywhere but LSU FWIW
