It is pretty damn good. Make sure you get butter on it before they send the bread throught the oven.

I would guess it is a mixture of real lobster and some imitation fish, but it is 100 times better than the subway seafood salad.

Haven't had the lobster sub yet...but sure am glad that subway brought back the orchard chicken salad...get that on the flatbread....WELL worth $5

I have had it a few weeks ago, its was real lobster and was very good. However, as another poster put it "make sure you get the butter".

It might have a small amount of real lobster, but it's without a doubt majority imatation.
A real lobster sub wouldn't be close to $10 in BR.
