Was never a dreyfus fan. Always thought he acted as if he were on stage rather than in front of a camera. Made his acting and gestures appear exaggerated and never appealed to me.

Trotter in "Let it Ride" is one of my all-time favorite Dreyfus performances. That's a very underrated movie in my opinion.
