Why don't more LSU fans go to the spring game?

Since the 1980's Mississippi State has tied our spring football game with a big baseball home series (This year it was Florida) we drew about 11K fans to the baseball game which started at 12 and 36K to our football game that started at 5.

There were a lot more things going on than the spring game. French Quarter festival--I seriously debated going to that instead--and the Strawberry Festival for starters. If I wasn't going to the spring game I'd have gone to both of those festivals.

A lot reasons. Mainly it isn't Football season for us and unlike 99% of America, we actually care about our college baseball team.

Because it is just not that interesting anymore. Plus, it is on ESPN so people will be watching it at home instead.

Alabama and all those other schools have a big turnout because...well, it is ALABAMA! There is nothing to do there. Besides football season, this is the next big thing in the area. So, of course, 90,000 fans will be there! Just sayin
