damn, i didn't think the goal of these food trucks were to be in permanent locations

They should keep the truck. Its added revenue. This taco truck up here opened a location and the truck still goes out for lunch and dinner.

i was sworn to secrecy by the owner of the loocation...
He is keeping the truck and adding another believe it or not. I am helping him with some legal matters to place it at a very good location...all I can say right now.

Place it at a location? I thought the point of a food truck was to move around to multiple locations? Are you talking more about adding a new spot to the list of places they already go?

If anything, except for when we are refitting the truck or have private gigs, the Chickie Wah Wah kitchen will probably lead to more truck stands, including a regular lunch.

Thanks. We won't sell them until they are right and we have the big fryer going. Can't do volume with the table top fryer. Hope to be dialed in by Friday, at least for Beta Tasting.
