In the Beef Jerky Outlet in Denham Springs, has anyone tried it?

Rated 7.1 million on the Scoville scale.

I posted a long time ago that the dude here tried to convince me to try it. I declined but tried the one that is "1/10th the hotness" of the source. That shite had me hurting. Now way in he'll I'd try the source. That and you have to pay to try it now. F that.

I know a guy that did it.

DON'T.

That guy at the Beef Jerkey Outlet as a useless tool and I would never patronize his store again. He hounds you as a customer until you are willing to try the source, then makes fun of you to all the other customers after you try it.
The guy's gonna get his arse sued soon enough.

I watched several videos on YouTube of people trying it, the dude behind the counter did come off as a douche.

that dude just makes fun of you. if you blow him off and don't let words bother you, hes not a big deal. every time i go in there he wants me to try it but i tell him im too good. he gets those that are weak enough to let him in their heads.

I have been in there maybe 15 times and have not had him even ask me a single time nor have I ever seen them pressure anyone into trying it.

The dude hardlegs you worse than some people on the OT. I haven't seen him in a while. It's usually this chick in there now.

I think it's a dollar or two to try.

i've tried it... but i did get free lunch out of it. it had me sweating, lips trembling for hours. my eyes teared up almost instantly. it didn't cost anything to try it, but at the time a bottle was going for around $100.

My friend tried it once and as she was dealing with the pain I asked the guy why the hell anyone would buy the stuff. He claimed that people when they are making a giant pot of gumbo add like a drop and it comes out great. I call BS on that shite. No one uses that crap.

He more than likely started charging for it so people can't say he forced it on them, they openly paid for torture. I love spicy and hot food, but no way in hell am I going to put myself through that.

I used to work at same place as him, he's an arse maybe, but overall, not that bad of a guy.

I did it....it was hot.

Drank a coke and about 20 min later it was gone.

BUT at about 11pm that night I had severe stomach pains, and no matter how much antacid I took or what I ate, I was in the fetal position for about 2 hours. Almost went to the hospial. I agree this guy could get sued, waiver or no waiver because of the way he presents it.

He presents it as one of the worlds hottest hot sauces hell he may even call it the hottest in the world. Cant remember. Its stupid for anyone to try. Anyone that claims they didnt know it would be bad is a fricking moron.

Sounds like his opinion.

If someone tells me that this hot sauce is the hottest in the world.... But its not that bad. You are a fool to believe him in any way.

Agreed. A Red Savina Habanero is frickin' scorching, that sauce at 7.1M scoville units is probably 20x hotter. What is the point in trying it and this is coming from someone who loves spice/heat.

It really woudn't have been that bad except for the aftermath stomach pains. As far as the spice/pain in the initial mouth stage, it was about how I expected it to be.

I tried it a while ago (when it was free). One of the dumbest things i have done but glad i did it. fun to tell people i have tried it.

it was like a furnace was cranked to full blast in my mouth. hottest shite ever. took me about 20 minutes for the heat to subside and i spent about $20 on milk when i was there

the aftermath kind of blew. i felt like i had been punched in the face and i really couldn't taste anything all day. it also lead to a painful bathroom experience. and all of this from the tip of a toothpick!
