What was your favorite show that was cancelled way too early (season 1 or 2)?

Also, what network made the horrible decision to cancel?
My first choice is an obvious one... Firefly, which was cancelled by Fox. I know this will be the choice of many.
Me second choice is Haunted, starring Matthew Fox. It aired for 7 episodes in 2002 on UPN. Did anyone else watch this show? I thought it was great, and I actually liked Fox better in this than Lost.

Arrested development and freaks and geeks are obvious answers

Could of been an epic series spread over very interesting history.

I need to check out Freaks and Geeks. I had heard of it, but never paid attention to it. Talk about an elite tv cast.

Not sure why your limiting your post to 1 or 2 seasons. It was still cancelled way to early

Dirty Sexy Money. My favorite show to ever get canceled prematurely. I freaking loved that show. I loved looking at her too...
I got some more of her on Hung, so that filled a small void for the show.

No one is listing the network. I was interested to see if any particular network was worse than the others as far as cancelling shows enjoyed by this board.

Sports Night for sure.
Kings on NBC had loads of potential.

I agree and love the show, but 3 seasons is at least giving the show a real chance. Some of these 1 season shows never even had a real chance to catch on.
The thread has already taken a different turn than I wanted, since no one is listing the network. I was really interested in seeing if any network was particularly bad about not even giving shows a chance.
At this point, go ahead and post whatever.

Firefly (FOX)
Pushing Daisies (ABC) It got kinda lame toward the end of season 2 but I blame that on not knowing if they were going to get a 3rd season.
Dollhouse (FOX) - I was bored with the story of the dolls, but the "future" episodes were AWESOME. They could have had an entire 3rd season of that and it'd have been the best thing on TV.
