Good Jeep trails in LA?

Just bought an '05 Jeep Rubicon with a 4" lift and 33" buckshot tires. I go back to LA often to visit family and was wondering if anyone knew of some good wheeling trails in central or south LA?
Can't wait to take my Rubi offroad.

This was when I just bought it. I've since removed the soft top and added black nerf bars. I also removed the carpet and put Herculiner in the tub so I can hose it out when muddy.

Good looking rig. I have a 78 CJ5 that I goof around in on the weekends. No mud yet tho.

Got lazy. I like the BFGs. Need to find em cheap.
Black. Unless the tan will match your dash/visors.
I didn't order any new parts yet.

i think i like the tan
on tire rack the BFGs and the MTRs are 2$ off each other. 189/tire and 187/tire
and i think im gonna keep the best tire i have on there and find a wheel to put it on for a spare.

Catahoula Recreation Park up in Sicily Island is supposed to have some decent off road and ATV trails.

Good move with the Rubicon. Serious capability with the Dana 44 axles and locking differential. Have fun out there.

And the super swampers are still $309/tire.

I feel like Swampers wear down way too easily, that tread pattern is too much for any street driving.
I've had two sets of BFGs and loved them, especially if on your daily driver. My latest is a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers. I like them, but they ride a lot more stiff than the BFGs. Hoping to either get a new ride soon or slap on a new set of tires.

The picture was when I was thinking about buying it. Trust me, the milk jugs were the first thing I took off when I got it home.
Here's what I'm looking at for a front bumper: LINK
And the winch I'd like: LINK
I feel like I stole it from the guy. Only 34,000k miles and already had the lift and tires. Got it for 14k.

If you hook up with LA4x4 there are 10-12 private land rides/year. This time of year is Jeep Jamboree time so there will be lots of trail rides coming up in the St. Fransisville area if you are wiling to do a little trail clearing.
LINK
Other trail rides are in the Kentwood area called the Big Easly property
LINK
The above trails are only open as part of a LA4x4 organized trail ride.
Sicily Island is a great off-road park for Louisiana. They allow 4x4's as well as 4wheelers any time with or without a club.
LINK
I have been to all of them, along with several others around the southeast. Let me know if you guys would like to make a trip to Sicily Island and Ill tow the old YJ up there and hit some LA rocks.

That warn is a beast, best 8k lb winch on the market.
Arb Bumpers are HEAVY and will make your front springs sag.

Actually this one only weighs about 80 lbs.
Looks pretty well-made:

if you love mud red creek is the place for you. The last time I went the unsafe 4-wheeler riding was out of control.
