A lot of the problem with the Judge is not "hitability" ( i know that isn't a word), it's the fact that penetration can be very questionable. Sure you may be able to hit someone but if the pellets only penetrate an inch or two that may not help you much if they been up on meth for 4 days... You need a wound channel, that's what stops people in their tracks.
