I like Hungry Jack buttermilk the best. I am nowhere near a fatty because of my metabolism so I can eat whatever I want (I'm not a fatty). I have tried krusteaz, aunt jemima, and bisquick. What is your favorite mix?

My preference is Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake Mix.
YUM!

It's great alone or with blueberries or bananas mixed in.

You post fat. Might want to get that checked out.

Are you sure you're not a fatty?

(Not that there's anything wrong with that)

I like Pioneer Cornbread. I don't enjoy baking, so I rarely make it myself, but this one is good in a cast iron skillet. It's not sweet. My former "go to" was Ballard, but it's apparently no longer made.

Haven't tried the Pioneer pancake or biscuit mix.

Hadn't thought of that. I'd rather waffles and may give a savory cornbread waffle a try. One with jalapenos and Mexican seasonings might be tasty with chili.

Best pancakes ever

Aretha Frankensteins is the best pancake mix out there.

Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
