Jerry Jones is like the Les MIles of owners. When he lets everyone else do their jobs, all is well. But once it gets close to becoming successful he has to involve himself and frick everything up because he doesn't know shite about football.

ok...to the Al Davis, jed york, and dan snyder voters...these guys will spend money and do what it takes to win...just so happens that they either spend it poorly, interfere too much in the day to day operations or both...
