Ran across this online:

"Crawfish boudin, popular in Cajun cuisine, is made with the meat of crawfish tails added to rice. It is often served with cracklins (fried pig skins) and saltine crackers, hot sauce, and ice cold beer."

Never had anything like it but man than sounds REALLY good.... :insert drool emo here:

I agree...their crawfish boudin isn't as good as the shrimp & crab.

I love Tony's seafood, I spend way too much time and money there, but not too crazy about the c&s boudin in the freezer case. Now the fried balls sold hot, incredible, I buy 24 to take home, never get there with more than 12 left. Hey, its a long trip.

Oops--I edited. Someone dropped something in another room, and I heard "crap" while I was trying to type crab.

I buy all three
Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab, and Cajun
from Tony's all the time!!

The only reason i don't have the crawfish balls right now is because my family back home (Monroe)
ate them all up at Christmas ...

I've never tried the frozen ones from Tony's, but the fried ones from the deli don't usually make it all the way home in our car either.

Oh, and my husband just said he's seen crawfish boudin occasionally at Ronnie's.
