How old is this kid? I agree with you but saying the above statement is a gateway to the people who say their kid didn't deserve the death penalty just for trying to steal a car. I catch you on my place trying to harm me, my family, or my property then the rules change.

An innocent dog wandering around is no harm no foul.

A wild dog trying to harm or disrupt and again the rules change!
