A friend of mine said he heard that if he got transfered fast enough it was possible. I called bs but just wondering if it is true.

Almost as dumb as your comment. He's burned a year of eligibility this year by playing at the JUCO level. He couldn't burn 2 in one year.

Ask your friend, even if it was possible, which it's not, why in the hell would we want to burn a year of his eligibility for the Cotton Bowl?
