LSU will whip Arkansas the next 3 years!!!

Write that down...

Based on what? You already have superior talent on the field...

You coaching appears to be the same.

So, based on past performance - nah... 3/4 we win.

So, we are down to hope and faith.

How about the 3/4 games in the last four years?

LSU won 10 games without an SEC QB-fact!

LSU hasn't had a decent QB for 3 years.

I think reasonable SEC fans can see that LSU is loaded with Talent at every position but QB. When the QB position gets corrected with a decent player, LSU will contend for championships again. Until then, LSU will struggle-especially on the road.

Yes, Arkansas had one impressive drive in the 4th QTR.

The TD before the half was a fluke, and the other 80 yard play was a bad angle taken by the DB..he was in position to simply push him out of bounds. That hasn't happened all year. It happened twice in this game in one half of football. They count, but it was a fluke IMHO.

Question: Could Arkansas win 10 games if JJ was thier QB?

Dude you are just annoying...like most arkansas fans here after you win 10 games and suddenly you think you have arrived to big boy football.

I understand how badly you want to be like LSU, and it's a big deal beating LSU 3/4 years without an average QB...

Enjoy while it last..because it won't last long.

With JJ, maybe. Only reason there is hope is that Petrino is excellent at QB development and play calling to suit the personnel and defensive set.

I have only watched a couple of games, so I really don't know much about him.

Your defense is the reason you won 10 games - and is consistently the high point for your team (at least the last several years).

I hope our defense continues to improve. Our offense should always be pretty salty. Special teams --- well, needs some work.

HOw many top 15 teams has Arkansas beaten this year? hmmmmm

LSU beat 5 in 2007! and defeated #1 OSU convincingly, going on 31-0 scoring binge in that title game. We were lucky to get into to that game, but no one will convince me that LSU wasn't the best team that year.. Heck we were the best team in 06 too..that's what so frustrating!!!! UF wanted no part of LSU a second time around imho...

Dude, you said "write it down" that you will win the next 3 games. I say, why? I had no predictions about the future - except that we have our coach coming back.

So, why? The best predictor of the future is past behavior - 3/4 is a pretty strong indicator and it is very current. So, explain what is going to change in the next 3 years?

When LSU gets an "average" QB will are going to roll again.

Seriously, LSU has had 3 straight years of misery at the QB position..and we have been at the bottom of the SEC in offense? Why? We don't have a QB..pretty simple

We lost JR, MF and RP in the span of 18 months! That's a lot of QB capital to lose in one season. These are the facts but don't let that get in the way of your puffed up joy of beating LSU, I understand that's a big deal for you.

if you lose Mallett, Wilson and another rising star in your program this year, wouldn't that hurt pretty badly? Even a guy like Petrino would struggle.

In 2007..I give you that one...I was at that game where Macfadden went off. LSU was pretty banged up at the end of the season. a month of rest and LSU looked pretty dominating in the title game did they not?

What you say is fair. A good or decent QB that can manage the game is helpful. You may have it in Meckenb...what ever his name is. A good QB will help.

Scary thing is that Wilson could manage our game better than Mallett. Mallett is a homerun waiting to happen, but Wilson really manages the game. Time will tell.

You should really worry about Brandon Allen (our 2010 recruit) - he may be the scariest QB we have ever brought on board.

and two or three seasons from now when LSU fans are still holding on to their past National Championships and the Arkansas Razorbacks will be making their first in SEC play. What will they say then? Herbs called us an SEC powerhouse for what its worth.

Casey is the epitome of average

LMAO at all the dummies predicting he wouldn't be at Ark NEXT year. So laugh away. I am very happy Petrino will be back and that it will cost around 6 million for him to go anywhere...

Yeah, honestly, the reputation Petrino still has kind of blows me away at this point.

He actually has character, and is a great coach, but the fact that a bunch of internet turds and talking heads don't know that is ok by me.

He aspired to bigger things than Louisville.

Arkansas is his second college coaching job.

The best part of all of the bitter comments is that it really pisses some people off that Arkansas finally has a great coach. Sorry, but there's not a damned thing any of you can do about it.

He's here and he ain't goin anywhere for a while.
