I don't like it. It bothers me (minimally), but I'll still cheer for him to do well as a Tiger.

Given how Miles has been known to deal with quarterbacks who can't play by the rules, I doubt he would have brought the kid on board if he hadn't pretty thoroughly investigated his history and his current attitude.

From everything I heard about it, it seems like it was blown out of proportion. He did it and was punished for it. I don't agree with it or like it, but I'm okay with him getting a second chance.

He had no blemishes on his record before or after this incident and is not known to be trouble. Therefore, I am okay with him getting a second chance.

Honestly though, it starts to become annoying.

They'll mention it before and during every game like they did Cameron Newton's laptop issue.

Tiger, ask yourself these few questions, and maybe it'll shed some light on the subject.

1) Did you ever "over-serve" yourself adult beverages in College while underage to the point where you thought you were slick as "John Shaft", but later found out you were really as annoying as "Biff Tannen"? (Back to the Future)

Against your better judgement you do it anyway, she gets totally pissed and slaps the crap out of you, a fight breaks out, you get arrested by a small town sheriff with a Barney Fife complex who just so happens to know the girl and her family very well, Barney throws every possible charge in the book at you and locks you up for good measure cause he's a die hard Seminole fan. Has that ever happened?

4) After you sober up and take 6 Alleve the next morning to get the cell to stop moving, Barney Fife tells you the girl's dad is on the BoT of UGA - Athens and you are NEVER to set foot in that County ever again, except for your arraignment and trial.

Would you still have a problem? Don't take this as the gospel, but you can get the gist of the story behind the story. Understand also M. Richt was in the middle of a runaway victory for the Fulmer Cup at the time this went down.

I read up on the situation and it was a great case of over charging a crime. Worst case scenario was a simple battery which is a second degree misdomeanor.

Georgia's loss is LSU's gain in this case.

I am a guy. I was in college. I've made out with girls. I've reached for boob/butt/belt buckle without asking permission first (it tends to kind of ruin the mood). Thankfully, none of said grab-ees freaked out and/or had fathers who were powerful LSU boosters.

Who among us that has ever been to Sports or Fred's or Murphy's hasn't reached for a boob mid-makeout session?

Look, UGA has had something like 30-35 players arrested in the last 3-4 years. This guy is the only one that got kicked off the team. It had a lot more to do with pressure from RichBoosterDaddy than the severity of the offense.

It all depends on what the girl looked like.

If she was unattractive I'd have real concerns about this kids vision.
