I have to add Rondastas in old Metairie and Joe Seppies on Jefferson Hwy in old Jefferson to the list of solid RB po-boys. Recently I discovered a damn fine one at Kid Creole, which is a gas station on Airline near the Cox building in Metairie. It is def. in my top five now and for value, it is tops for me.

Calliope Poboys on Jefferson downtown has the best poboys in Houston.

x2 on Mabils in LaPlace!! awesome roast beef. if you want a fried catfish po boy, you end up with a catfish salad when you're done with the po boy. they stuff this thing so full, the droppings make for a nother meal!

Anytime you are in the Alexandria/Pineville vicinity, go over to Pineville near Louisiana College and get a hot roast beef po-boy from Po-Boy Express. They are hard to beat.
