WTF??
My interest level in LSU football has just dropped to a level not seen since the Dinardo era.

Damnit, fricking idiot. Time to get rid of his arse if this is all he sees. Dumbass. I think it is time to quit playing around with contract extensions and just kick Les out the door to anyone who calls. Crowton can become a stocker at Winn-Dixie, I am sure they'd like his resume.

"We'll have some new guys coming in next year." Sounds promising.

If this holds true, I won't be watching much or reading the boards much. I'll always hope LSU wins but these past couple of years have been painful to watch under Gary Crowton. I couldn't stomach another year of ineptitude on offense and horrific play calling. We won 10 games this year in spite of our horrid offense, not because of it. I hope this is smoke and mirrors and Gary conveniently finds another job in the next couple of weeks because it's going to be another disappointing season next year if he stays.

looks like it's gonna take a disaster in the bowl game to get some changes made. sad.

No coach commits to non national champ bowl games like Miles. Wait til after the bowl for straight talk on oc coaching changes.

I don't see any text (and certainly no quotes) in the body of the story that warrant this being part of the headline. In fact, when I parse the quotes from both Miles and Crowton, they sound more like someone who is deflecting the issue.

Not saying that it will happen the same this time but I remember some very very similar quotes about the co-dcs...keep the faith

Didnt he say something similar in 2008? And then Malleveto was sent packing.

I am not being a dick, I am asking you an honest question because I am curious. What exactly would you want Les to say right now about the situation? Type out an exact quote. And then, answer exactly what benefit(besides your own personal gratification) that would give LSU and the LSU football program.

If I had any respect for you at all, it too would be gone after reading this.

sure
something to the effect of, "We're going to prepare for the bowl game and implement a winning gameplan. We'll also use the extra practice time to improve for next season. After the bowl game, we will thoroughly evaluate the offense and its progression."
