Ahhh that makes sense. Expect perfection from college football players and demand less of yourself. A real winner.

You said something there brother. Amen. 10-2 is really good considering the total lack of consistent QB play. (which Im sure will be blamed on Miles poor coaching)

Poor coaching cannot be dismissed as a factor.

Ditto. We have one quarterback who has a ten second wind up and can't understand defenses while another shits his pants when he's in the game.

I'll never forgive Miles for this. He sticks with this guy and he first loses the chance at a NC with the INT against Auburn and now he just flat lays a terd against AR...Can't get a touchdown from the 9 after the fumbled punt and then can't even get a 1st down after the INT by Reed. Miles will obviously never get us over the hump. If it were not for the outstanding players we had in '07 and the lucky losses by Pitt and WVA. This guy needs to go!!!

You're even more insane than the Texas fans calling for Mack Brown's head. 10-2 is a record 95% of the teams would love to have. Miles is different for sure, but he's ours. I like him and hope he's the coach at LSU for a long time to come.

I honestly dont think the two qbs we have can be "coached" into top teir qbs. I just dont see it in them. I hope Im wrong but there is just nothing special about either one. They do seem to be good kids who represent LSU well (which counts for allot in my eyes)

"I absolutely agree with this. I don't think Jefferson is an All-SEC caliber QB, but we've seen glimmers of hope from him: a little bit today in the second quarter, the Alabama game, etc. I think he could be good enough to get us through next year if we can get someone here to help him out. We'll see if that happens, though."

Nuts! He looks at the receivers so long that he almost gets them killed! he is so slow to respond in the pocket that he has to run. He is not a quick thinker and should never have been a college quarterback!!!

This was a classic SEC football game. Both teams had some dumb plays where you sit there and said 'WHAT THE frick?' and then they had plays where you scream, "HELL YA! THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT!!"

Where is the credit that Arkansas deserves? You can make all the excuses you want, but why can't you all just give the credit to Arkansas? Arkansas' defense stepped up and the Hogs running game was great to win the game. Mallett had a mediocre day and Arkansas was still able to win? Great SEC game and it should be another great game in Baton Rouge next year. GO HOGS GO!!!

You can't argue with the fact that he's made improvement towards the end of this year. Again, he's not a worldbeater, but he can be good enough to lead this team. I think although he has limits, he's coachable.

Askansas is a damn good team. Top 3 QB in the nation. They were better than us today. Very good job.

I don't know that our record would be any different with Lee. No better, no worse. They both have severe limitations.

Congrats on the win. Well deserved, but I dont think any of us are on here to make you feel better.

(apparently we have a big batch of kool-aid to drink!)

What about the OL coach, Stud? That's another problem with OL fundamentals. There are none. When one of our best lineman weighs 280 what does it say for the lack of developement of bigger and better lineman?
