In general, does the rate of return that your account states for you include the consideration front-end load fees and expense ratios?

14.9% year to date (accounting for fees)

But mine is probably more risky than it should be:
25% International Small Caps
25% Developing Markets

only have about 25% in the traditional US Large Cap stuff

Yeah, but mine is 7.2%

I had to keep a lot of money in cash for unusual reasons though, it really should have been over 9.

I'm at around 11% return. I don't know what the hell is happening for it to be that high but I'm not complaining. As long as I don't take a loss next year I'm a happy camper.

Mine is at 9.3%. I'm risk adverse, too, though I can't say I don't envy the 17% mentioned!
