Boise State is disgusting.

They're playing at Idaho's tiny indoor stadium and they continue to throw long passes to run up the score. It's now 52 to 7. I hope they get into a really prominent BCS game and get their butts kicked up and down the field.

while i would like to see that the same as you, boise is MUCH better than you give them credit for, as well as others, so they are forced to run the score up on their weaker opponents

I don't see how playing for boise can be any fun. They know they're going to destroy everyone they play every game. Wish they had the balls to play some real teams week on and week out. They wouldn't last a month.

I don't believe in the term "running up the score." There defense is there for a reason and if they score 100, God bless em.

i disagree. "style" to me is trying to look good while winning. we bit, clawed, and scratched our way to a win over bama....and it was great.
Boise, has to win, and win with authority to get voters to notice. lsu just had to play well and play tough. they did, and they won.

Yes, but we can afford to do that. When you have to hang 60-something on everyone to compensate for their conference, I don't really think that's unclassy. Their goal is a national championship and they know that the only way to do it is to go out and beat the hell out of everyone, "sportsmanship" be damned.

While it would be nice to see Boise State play some "real" teams, how many teams from major conferences would be willing to schedule games vs. them?

No, that's giving the next generation of players some time on the field to motivate them and help their development. Style has nothing to do with it.

if i was a player in the wac... and had boise running up the score... Kellen Moore would have no future career in the NFL... his knees would be on my trophy mantle. if you wanna run up the score expect dirty shots.
