Best Female Villains...

Are there any?
Inspired by the Dark Knight Rises thread. Who are some of the female villains that were cool, badass, scary? The first ones that come to mind for me are the chick from Audition, Rebecca De Mornay in The Hand that Rocks the Cradle, and I guess Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman (she worked in the Burton vision of Batman).

What do women go to jail for in real life? Slipping a ton of pills in their husbands drink and trying to kill him? Men just beat their wives asses. Were awesome, it's in our nature to be badass. Women try to be badass and they suck at it.

My first thought was Uma Thurman in Kill Bill even though she was the "hero". Then I remembered Lucy Liu in the same movie. i definitely think she belongs

Uhh See Griselda Blanco! Easily the best real life female Villain. Probably the biggest villain male or female.

Jason Vorhees mom from the original friday the 13th. Pamela I guess her name was, her name escapes me for some reason right now.

Glenn Close in "fatal attraction" is a pretty obvious answer and again already been mentioned.
Large Marge from "Pee Wee's big adventure" always freaked me the frick out.
